• ½ oz Lime Juice
• ½ oz Agave
• 1 Demerara Sugar Cube
• 3 oz Fever-Tree Sparkling Grapefruit

• Muddle Demerara sugar with 1 oz Sparkling Grapefruit
• Add all ingredients except the rest of the Sparkling Grapefruit and shake
