You Will Need
- 2 oz BARE ZERO PROOF® Modern Classic Gin
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- Top with Citrus Kombucha or Perle™ Blanc de Chavin NA Sparkling Wine
- Champagne Flute or Coupe Glass
Here’s How
- Add first 3 Ingredients to shaker, add ice, and quick shake for 10 seconds
- Strain in glass
- Top with sparkling component
- Garnish with lemon peel
