You Will Need
- 2 oz BARE ZERO PROOF® Rum Blanco
- 1½ oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ oz demerara syrup
- Pineapple wedge (garnish)
Here’s How
- Mix in a Shaker three-quarters filled with ice, pour simple syrup, BARE ZERO PROOF® Rum Blanco, pineapple juice, and the lime juice.
- Shake until chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large piece of ice.
- Garnish top with pineapple wedge.
